Best Damn Top 5 Inspirational Moments

The athletes and individuals in this clip loved the sports they played so much that they were willing to go above and beyond overwhelming odds, and around obstacles just to be able to compete and represent something more than just themselves. They inspired teams, leagues, fans, countries, and brought people together in their amazing feats. It just goes to show you that some individuals truly are remarkable. The level of unselfish, dedicated, and humble respect that these athletes showed not only for sports but for life in general puts me at a loss for words. These athletes realized that there were bigger things out there than them and put forth great effort towards great causes because they wanted to show their love for the game and love for other more important things in life as well.

ESPN Images Of The Century

This is a little bit long of a video but definitely worth taking 7 minutes of your time to watch.
This is called ESPN Images of the Century for a reason. I t encompasses all of the greatest sports events, happenings, and memories from the last 100 years in sport.

The reason I have posted this under my blog of love and sports is because I believe that this video truly shows how much love really is in sports from a collegiate and professional stand point. All of the emotion, records, milestones, arguments, fights, championships, and great images put a perspective on how much sports mean to individuals in this world and how love for sports as a player, coach, fan, etc. can take your breath away sometimes.

John Wooden Love Letters

This video perfectly captures and displays the beliefs of John Wooden in person and how much Love meant to him. Not only did he have great love for his teams and players but also his wife, kids, parents, brothers, friends, and everything that was important to him.
It goes to show you why he was such an inspirational and loyal man.

Wooden Love and Balance

Wooden talking about keeping things in perspective no matter what the score board says as long as you know you did everything in your power to succeed and you gave it your all than it was a success. He also mentions that Love followed by balance are the top two words in the world.

Basically what I gather from coach Wooden in this clip is that Love and Balance are the most important things above all. If you can master these two concepts than you will be successful and happy in life.
